Delete your data

What gets deleted

• Your recordings and call audio, transcripts and emotion estimates
• Tasks, reminders and any intake answers
• Friends, friend requests, messages and reactions (including voice messages you sent or received)
• Notifications, feedback, error reports linked to your account and call logs
• Your Google Calendar connection (we also revoke our access at Google)
• Your profile, settings and sign-in account

Events we already added to your Google Calendar stay in your calendar. You can delete them there.

What happens afterwards

• Deletion from our database and file storage happens right away.
• Our phone provider, Twilio, keeps its own copies of call recordings and call and message logs. When you delete your account we ask Twilio to delete the ones linked to your number straight away, and we finish any that didn't go through as a separate step within 30 days.
• Backups and provider logs expire on their normal schedule, within 30 days.
• If you used a guest trial, we keep the phone number and trial date so the same number can't start unlimited trials. Email us if you want that removed as well.

Want a copy first?

Deleting can't be undone. To keep your transcripts, tasks and messages, go to Settings, Privacy and choose Download your data before you delete. Audio comes as links that work for 7 days, so download the files you want to keep before deleting your account: the links stop working once it's gone.

Sign in and come back to this page to delete your account yourself in a few seconds.

Or ask us by email

If you can't sign in, or you only called or texted our number without making an account, email help@callmirrah.com. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you called from. We may ask you to confirm it's you (for example by replying to a text from our number) before we delete anything. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

Only want to remove some things?

You can delete single recordings and tasks in the app, turn off mood sharing on the Friends page, disconnect Google Calendar in settings, and stop texts at any time by replying STOP. See the privacy policy for everything we keep and why.
